Option 1: Upload episodes one at a time
Great for a new or small podcast:
- Upload each episode (MP3, WAV, AAC, OGG, or M4A, up to 20 MB or 50 MB via the Upload Track wizard).
- Assign it to a blog post — most merchants create one post per episode.
- Turn on the player for that post.
Option 2: Import your whole feed
Already have an RSS feed? See RSS Feed to import your episodes automatically instead of uploading them one by one. (Free plan imports your 3 most recent episodes; Starter and Pro import the full feed.)
